Hi, I want to travel with my wife in First Class (Non-Ac).Can anyone tell me the process to book a 2Berth Cabin? Because we don't have children so we are 2 in number.

Non-AC First Class are mostly part of history. But yes you can travel in AC First class coaches marked by H1. For H1 coaches berths are allotted manually. While booking no berth will be allotted and just it will show that tickets are confirmed. At the tym of chart preparation berths are allotted manually and usually husband-wife are allotted a separate 2-berth coupe.
