I am travelling from UMB(Ambala Cantt. Jn) to PNVL (Panvel) in a tain that originates from CDG(Chandgarh). While booking I booked my ticket from CDG-PNVL but indicated boarding point as UMB. I am wondering if I am allowed to board the train at CDG itself rather than UMB? (Note that my ticket states booking from:CDG, boooking to:PNVL, Boarding: UMB)

U changed boarding...after BP change, ur claim to board @ CDG becomes void!!
Even, CDG-UMB portion will be termed ticket-less, if traveled!!
Better purchase unreserved ticket & board GEN (which remains totally empty till NDLS)!!
