Western Railway :- Dil Bole Baar Baar WR. WR - Abdul Rehman

With much fan fare 2 new Premium Trains have been announced by Mr. Kharge. These trains were announced in earlier budgets too and are still waiting for the first run. General public is suffering. Rajdhani gets fully reserved 60 days in advance. If some how you manage a ticket face dirty coaches, un-hygenic food, dirty bed rolls that too in shabby state and this is not enough, you will be harassed and insulted in full public view for not paying Rs. 100 as tip to catering staff. I have travelled all over India and strongly feel that NF Railway is more neglected. The trains have with dirty and old coaches, never run on time. But then why I am wasting my time? Any body from Ministry of Railways listening?
