If all Tips starts start receiving a Green, then it takes away value from the truly useful ones
These days, as moderator, I am explaining my signals with a view to providing a guideline regarding writing Tips, and encouraging everyone to actively and freely rate Tips Red and or Green
If members cannot handle constructive feedback, feedback and Red signals, then it would be better not to write the Tips, and save themselves some stress
