Today I sent sms to SCR on 08121281212. Promptly I got a reply within 5 minutes that the matter rests with SR. I then spoke to Mr B.Nageswara Rao, Joint Director, Public Grievances, SR on 044-25352830. He listened to me patiently and has assured that he will take up the issue with the concerned person. Let me see, if it works.
if this train extends to SNSI also, major psgrs will get down in nagarsol station....they can reach early....than traveling in this train upto shirdi....if they release funds for rotegoan to puntamba new line then it will be useful.
Can the Dn train go up to Nagarsol and return Up train start from SNSI, which will certainly help people to board the train from SNSI itself, instead of taking a bus [which may not be frequent] to NSL? NSL-SNSI can be covered in the meantime as a passenger train, after getting cleaned and refilled with water etc at MMR.
This train is again an example of step motherly treatment by SCR/SR towards Marathwada. Aurangabad citizens welcomed this train expecting good appropriate quota for the city, but as usual SCR/SR betrayed AWB by giving Pooled Quota in which getting a confirmed reservation is very difficult. They should have provided atleast RL quota to the city considering its population, and tourism and industrial importance. Friends, Can anybody guide me how to approach SCR/SR authorities about this grievance.
