Shemeer Khan 2 blog postsSir, I am a defense personnel who wanted to travel from PTKC to QLN in Rajdhani Express(12426 & 12432). I wanted to use my 2nd AC warrant(FRW). I wanted to know how many days I can stay in New Delhi before taking the Trivandrum Rajdhani? Means, If I booked on 02 Apr 14 from PTKC and it will reach NDLS on 3rd Apr 14. After that can I stay there for 2 days and onward journey be booked on 6th Apr 14?

Max permitted gap is Two days in case of break journey....Also if you want to book tickets using Telescopic benefit you cannot do it for Rajdhani trains so better you book separate tickets and plan your break accordingly..
In Rajdhani, u need separate booking, as Onward Journey isnt been permitted for this class (even break journey rule defines minimum 500 KM travel before first break for 24 hrs, which cant be applied here, in case u undertake Non-Raj Exp..)!!
As u need to make booking from PTKC onwards, as per Warrant, its suggested to book separate ticket with comfort dates!!
