1) Double/Triple the Capacity : Priority basis Automatic Signaling for all HDN route or other route where capacity utilization is nearly or above 90-100% (including freight section)

Further All section need to upgrade ABS (Automatic Block Signaling )


2) Bypass Line need to construct each major station to bypass Freight traffic or Passenger.

Safety

1) 100% Fencing in entire network (Like 100%Electrification)

2) Kavach system will install priority basis where Dense FOG problem occurs and 130+KMPH section
