1. AC was not working for alomost 75% of the journey.
2. Train Departred 1 hr late from the starting station and kept on getting late. We boarded at ALD where it reached 1 hr 15 mnute late and departed 2 Hr 20 Minute late. Dur the Adjustmnet timings between short distance (3 Hr for 110 KN between ALD and Manikpur and 3 Hr between Nashik and Igatpuri) it reached 30 minute late at CST.

Does 82356 Mumbai CST - Patna train include Catering in the ticket fare?It is Premium Train.
I am a bit confused about the refund. I have booked three 3AC birth in CST - Patna Premium Superfast train round 20 days back for 23rd May 2017 Train departure is 11:05 AM. What be fare deduction rule if i cancel ticket on 21st May 9 AM, 21st May 9 PM and on 22nd May 9 AM or 22nd May 9 PM. It is not under Tatkal or Premium Tatkal Quota.
