ASR CST and MAS CST causing huge delays on past few days due to inability to provide a spare rake and unable to recover delay of late running train. My point is if they have sufficient Turn around time and provision to keep trains clean whatever combo they planning is fine. Tea garden and kamban, pothigai Nellai, NCJ SMVT COA, CMNR TPTY MAS doesnt have common point maintainence but not so bad in running. Cleaning is done in terminals. In that way if Island and CAPE MS cleaned in CAPE it would go smoothly else issues will continously arise.

TAT = Turn Around Time means when a train reaches it destination aka end point after how much hours train will start once again for destination (old starting station). That difference of hours is TAT.
