I think you need to change the coach composition.
According to my Pov the coach composition would be - EOG-UR-A3-A2-A1-B7-B6-B5-B4-B3-B2-B1-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-UR-SLR. Or if they remove 1 2AC And 1 3rd AC and Add 1 HA1 Coach And add 1 SL Coach , Coach Composition would be
EOG - UR - HA1-A2-A1-B6-B5-B5-B4-B3-B2-B1-S9- S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-UR-SLR.

Yes that can be done, i think the class difference for your journey will be charged. Not sure on this though.
Why isn’t SER running it via PRR-BKSC-GMO ? There is no change required in TT and this is just 1 km longer than current route which doesn’t even impact the TT. BKSC being an important industrial city has huge population from East UP residing than BJE where Bengali population is majorly staying.
For DN train, its arrival would be around 3am, which might not be a good/feasible timing for Pax.
Well, it is clearly visible that its not having that much demand, but 15022 has good demand from BSB to TATA. But 15021 has not that much demand, because it is following 12875 and time difference is of around 4hrs. Even if it is focused in POV for BSB, - either its day should be changed, or increase frequency or can be transferred to SER for having any other day Departure/Arrival

Once the other remining platforms are capable for 22/24C length at Mumbai CST then the CC will be increased. Ideally SL has to be made to S7/S9 cause there is overcrowding.

Not all platforms are currently capable of having complete length, they are being extended. Hence I mentioned as remaining platforms in my earlier post.
Fully agree now that CSMT platforms are ready and also LTT has platform 6 and 7 ready, CR can shift the train to LTT and increase the number of coaches to 24 from 16. Mainly, 2 SL coaches can go upto 8 SL coaches and another 2 3E coaches. We can also expect both Hussain Sagar express and Hyd - CSMT express (with RSA) to be converted into SF from Express to improve the travel time. We can expect both trains start at around 4 pm CSMT - Hyd express and 7 pm for Hussain Sagar and reach at early morning suitable hours like 6 am and 8 am respectively. This will increase the patronage and get the train booked fully. The travel time can come down to 13 hrs, which is real time for these trains. What is this ? You are comparing Purnea with Ara, Sasaram what was the need of this.Ara or Sasaram no where stands with respect to population areawise or revenue generation from district.Its just because Ara stands on main line almost all trains from Patna goes via Ara having a general quota whereas Purnea is on branch line having scarcity of trains which Ara have almost connectivity to places in country so there is no logic of comparison you guys without any reason do conflict between the cities such type of mindset is very poor.

Sasaram is out of this pansy war, here its just war with dehri on sone only as despite providing more revenue but Sasaram gets privileged treatment.
