IR may have blocked the HO vacancy inquire, but i think the Moderators and Admins at IRI must be having old catched pages and records, showing the total number of HO seats, which is being shown in the last row of every availability page at IRI. So they must atleast show this data from their old records, so that people will atleast know how many HO seats are totally there. I know this data is currently available for few train at IRI like few RJDHN trains, but with some effort, i think it can be made available for all trains.
