At last yesterday NIR people got the first BG train towards JBP after 2 years break and now the only patch remaining is NIR-BTC in which BTC-Samnapur is almost completed and rest Samnapur-NIR BG work is going on which is estimated to complete by Dec 2018 so still 1 year will take to see the new BG train...

now again a new date came for GNS-NIR new BG section CRS and dont know this time the CRS will happen or not because last time also date came in newspapers and later its cancelled so hopefully this time CRS will happen and already completed section of GNS-NIR and Samnapur-BTC section can be open for train traffic asap

Now NIR station is looking very good in a new avtar and now hopefully CRS of GNS-NIR section will be happen soon so that passengers can get benefit and can reach NIR with ease and more train services can start on JBP-NIR stretch

Now the engine trial on GNS-NIR section will be happen on next month beginning as 2 kms BG work still not complete b/w GNS-NIR due to rains earlier this month and this work will be completed by 30June anyhow so that engine trial can be done in next month and then CRS also can be called for inspection...

At last Asia's biggest NG museum is open for Public and in this museum 550metres NG is laid for public fun and on this line NG train will run with 2 small stations is built so a very good initiative by SECR to promote history of NG and museum work is completed very fast and its being innaugrated by GM SECR and one minister in Nainpur and opened for public
