An open letter to all my friends at this site
I stopped myself from writing this but I am tempted to write it because of the repeating DICTATORIAL, RUDE and BIASED behaviour of the FMs.
Yesterday ,
In noon someone made a timeline update and when a asked him for proof he messaged me in private that he lives near station yard and sees this everyday
I asked him to talk in public form as our other monitors say . And told him that for proof we need the charting screenshot or a video of the same .
He ignoring my second line yelled at me (though the TL was found wrong later) saying why are you indulging in this TL while you not live near to it and reported that i was not polite and again ,
The FMs instead of voiding the complain sent me a GN for being polite.
So now i ask the FM that shall i say him SIR?
After this I felt sad but thought to move on because it happens with me frequently .
But it didnt end here later on ,
one of the user said "This is due to bad policy or GOI ( I don't remember the topic but it was simply senseless). I gave a reply which was suitable and then I got a GN of political blogging (means if it suits the FMs ideology then great , go ahead . But if it doesn't then wait it is not correct place for you to blog for political purpose ) . I was like भाई कर कैसे लेते हो?।
Also this is not the first time that political statements of a particular ideology are ignored and of the other ideology is highly suppressed and removed and later the user is given a GW OR SW .
Is this china where we can't say against a particular party?
I later in FM section asked that why they gave me a GN se they told me don't spam in FM forum and gave me a SW
I was totally hurt by this ( not because why they gave SW but because why they gave me SW when I was not the culprit )
I asked them let a senior FM handle my report but they made a joke and said this not a court . Yes I know this is not a court because where there is no need of justice so why there is need of court .
Some people say that why you get into controversies my reply to then is that
Ignoring a false and incorrect statement is a bigger crime than saying it .
Later on today one of the user said
Ab dekhna ayodhya me bhikari ka mela lagega
My blood boiled on this statement
how the ##@$ can you say this
I reported this and the reply was " issue resolved blog removed " and when I argued with them they said " don't spam in FM forum"
Means I got a GN for not being polite(though I was ) and this man who said such provoking words didn't received even a GN
Lastly I would say that these FMs are completely biased and AFAIK the FM guideline clearly states
"While you are an FM, you may NOT get into emotional confrontations and arguments with other Members."
Also
"FMs may NOT have emotions about any Member, and take actions based on feelings, emotions, etc. They must rule on each Complaint objectively based on Right or Wrong, free of all emotions for or against a member"
I didn't found the FM who handled my report fit in both the statements

I had curiosity that why many of the older members have left this site but in these two days I got all the answers.
