Special trains are treated specially, most of them are made to run to make the passenger guilty for planning the journey in this vacation season and travelling, starting from special fare, special priority given during travel, to special cleanliness. In short they make the journey special so that U alwz remember it
I will definetly escalate this matter with IR in written. We are paying all the taxes and special fare and in return we get nothing. This is just unacceptable.
