i really agree with you... If we concern all these things what prabhu has describe then only higher class will only get benefit. what about the other class. Forget General....there is no space in sleeper. all trains between east and north are over crowded. why not they are increasing the capacity of trains from 24 coaches to 30 coaches.
There is already a proposal to increase 24 coachers to 26 coachers....
Increasing it to 30 is operationally not feasible
