It is a good initiative. The only thing required is passengers need to keep it clean. Despite notices/instructions writtem in some of these bio toilets asking passengers not to throw anything inside them,. there are still passengers who keep on throwing waste, bottles etc causing huge inconvenience to travelling passengers
