ITS MISTAKE OF vskp PEOPLE giving away capital without giving any RACE. Now they have pay for it.
Elected a wrong party and hence gave away without any resistence.
New Zonal HQs VISAKAPATTINAM port city is the best choice.
Also Kerala needs one New Zonal HQs .
Tirunelveli in Tamilnadu needs a New Divisional HQs carving out from the Existing Thiruvananthapuram and Madurai Divisions comprising of the entire Rail lines in the Kanniyakumari District,Thirunelveli District ,Thoothukkudi District and part of Virudhunagar District.
