But in which speed work is progressing it would b completed within 2017. I think its nothing but official & vendor take a chance to increase the allotted fund.
They are Using Technique to Link Both Banks as Other Bank has also Started to get Progress as 50% (SRTN-MRHT BG Line) Dibrugarh area South Bank Bridge is Completed as Sisibargoan (RPAN-MZS New BG Line) at Upper Bank is Progressing with Completion of 20% of Bridge Work Both sides will Link but The Exact Date is still not Available.
