So the accidents happen every where including USA.
In India the number of trains operated are high, so higher are number of accidents. If overall scenario of traffic, the track capacity, signalling systems used are taken into account, the statistics of accidents in IR is not that bad as it appears to be. It looks like the accidents are almost inevitable in IR.
Systems have to be strengthened and proper work practices have to be put in place, in order to minimise accidents

It is common in all over the world .The operation systems have to be revamped.The failures systems have to be replaced by the failsafe systems.
