They will do some modification. BTW it's already been proposed by the RDSO that train running with HOG supply system should have only Power car only and the remaining other EOG should be replaced by a regular coach.
Addition of extra coaches to non-premium trains is the need of the time.
Most probable reason- Non premium trains don't have Flexifares!!
Else it is advisable to have higher rake length in slower 110kmph trains rather than the faster 130kmph Rajs/ Shats/ Durontos.

Ya, 26 coach ICF rake and 24 coach LHB rake should run on High patronage routes. It would be a win-win scenario for both Railway and passengers.
