RVNL was formed with a vision to create rail capacity ahead of demand!!
Although RVNL played a stellar role during the Mr Nitish Kumar's era by briskly completing the projects. But later on the fund allocations to RVNL dried up in successive regimes and the huge list of ongoing RVNL projects remain as it is.
Earlier it was a credit for the project to be taken up by RVNL as there were better chances of early completion. Today the fact is other way around.
