Ghd avoiding bypass almost completed - 1:20 seconds
Freights actually take a long halt at GHD , as they have to do LR of all coming from chopan side and heading for DDU as chunar chopan has gradient and hence not suitable for carrying loaded rakes of coal , alumina and concor rakes . So all loop lines are occupied...

Pore CIC ko 110 kmph pe upgrade krna namumkin hai. Bahut saare slow sections hai , the most vital being the DHN - CRP & CPU - SGRL. The former being under threat from underground fire provided an alternate & fast route is arranged by Railway which was already proposed. The latter being slower due to gradients & difficult terrains. Also freight traffic has been a major hurdle in speed upgradation.
