Sir,This proposal remains in paper unless or otherwise both the state government agree in principle to share the 50% cost of the project with free land contribution for the project with in their respective state limit .If both the state government agree to the cost sharing and contribute free land for the project,then this essential project may be completed with in to 5 to 6 years ,otherwise it may take 50 to 60 years or more.
