recently I myself learnt that the rule has been changed and now the normal w/l tickets get confirmed first & than tatkal w/l unlike previously where tatkal w/l got confirmed first than general w/l pleas refer following Entry# 1106673
this will only confirm if a person cancel his confirmed Tatkal ticket
