When i saw wl#1 at refreshed it after 15 mins i got RAC 143
that means it is atleast 143 may be some more but near to 143.

if i am not wrong rac allocation should be even numbers and not in odd numbers like 143..
Please do not give assumptions in racallocation. From WL1 there might have 4/5/6 cancellation. Rather any number of cancellation, it cannot be assume that there was only 1 cancellation. Thanks
