Sir I think this train has very high number of defence seats which must have gone unused leading to RAC ... This is my view because there are over 100 seats in this train summing all other quotas ( HO, defense, FT)
There was 1 berth in defence quota available before charting.. plus X no. of Ho quota berths... FT had 0 berths
Well I had also been through the availability status of various quota's and came to my conclusion. I remember DB sir Initially predicting this pnr as confirm.
HO seats are greater than 40... I have seen high wait listing in north east and AP express landing into RAC or confirm... Never the less not contradicting anyone ... Was just placing my views :)
Well need to be more careful from next prediction onwards for the above trains.
