i think the interpretation of vacant pre. CK usage is different in zones
Today it has been seen in Soutern Railway YPR-HWH ...Northern Gitanjali
According to my guess SWR, SER, SR, SCR are clearing CKWL using vacant PT seats. I don't know about other zones.
i dont think in SR vacant PT is allocated to CKWL... as per my previous entry post it goes to GNWL...
