this is even more than normal 3A fare (Rs 1930) pay 100 more for tatkal 3A..
Operation and financial efficiencies may not necessarily improve by increasing fares. Our problem lies in not utilisation of resource properly. The very meaning of TATKAL is being changed here ... During the nitish kumar regime it was few trains during peak seasons offering tatkal and seats were limited. Tatkal means urgent and if 30 percent of traveller are urgent travellers then there is something terribly wrong. You change the name from tatkal tickets to RICH Quota the meaning of tatkal is respected. Such policies should not be introduced where limited people can afford.
