rswl has a very less chances of confirmation. it had a very bad record also. but wl1 will be obviously confirm.

But can you or anyone tell me suppose, if another passenger with this ticket i.e. WL1 doesn't get confirm. So what will happen?
Will TTE allow both of us to get board in the train or not, if we can adjust anyhow?

these totally depend on tte. if the ticket. is e-ticket then the tte may not allow you.
Partial confirmed ticket - Participant wouldnt be detained from the train. He/She can travel with other confirmed ticket in same PNR>
