हाँ, एक्सट्रा चार्जेस मिलते हैं, लेकिन कौट में दायर एक जनहित याचिका के जवाब में रेलवे ने कोर्ट को बताया की 1 अप्रैल 2014 से रैलवे जेनेरल वेटिंग लिस्ट / सामानया प्रतीक्षा सूची को प्राथमिकता देगा
