This is counter ticket having single PNR, but IR create new PNR for P1 and confirm this ticket in HO quota in sleeper class and P2 W/L confirmed in AC 3, I cant understand the logic or IR.
have they confirmed your ticket in Sleeper class without your prior consent ? normally such things can be done only and only after taking the consent of the passenger.

My doubt is if second pax seat got cnf...then y first pax go for the SL...his/her seat could definitely will cnf...
