I checked the flight ticket just to analyse the price difference.
The Indigo flight from Kolkata to Delhi is available at INR 5100 only, while premium tatkal is at INR 5980.
90% of the people will prefer going by flight rather than train considering the price and time.

Yes, 4 PT available now at INR 6415.
If someone is really in need to travel to Delhi, they can take the other Rajdhani from Kolkata to Delhi (it runs at approx the same time) where 21 PT are available at lesser price of 5415.
I guess, Kolkata station is approx 5-6 km from Sealdah.
