since RAC is much more..therefore i think this benefit will not be getting by this PNR..
Since the implementation of current booking upgradation does not happens as much as it happened earlier. Cant really bank on upgradation. But this looks to confirm to me
Last time I got the upgradation was about 6 years ago. Made atleast 150 journies from that day to till date. Didn't get another chance. :(
