Lot of seats are available in 3A, upgradation happened to clear CKWL
Sir its differs from Station to Station for charting. According to my observation, if there are less then 10-15 seats available in higher class , then they don't do upgradation. Instead they are released for Current Reservation.
Yesterday approx 27 3A seats were available in 12509 after charting, so lot of seats.
