If 2 passangers are travelling and one of them is CNF and the other one ois in WL1, what will be the condition
(1) Will one person can travel, who has CNF?
(2) Will there be a scenario, the other person's WL will remain as it is?

is this permissible on indian railways? I want o make sure before making any decision for my old parents...thanks in advance
once i booked tickets for my relatives in which only few got RAC and remaning are WL, i asked at BZA station they told they can travel even its e ticket
