I could not login to my account on time due to login Otp verification email not coming for below RAC booking cancellation.
Hence I emailed them etickets@irctc.co.in
Due to error they were not able to cancel and refund because both chart got prepared from Originating Station so they filed TDR with reason RAC

Tdr should be filed upto 30 mins before if sch dep.
