The chart preparation status is not dependent on Me pressing the refresh status button manually especially those PNRs which are confirmed at the time of booking. Moreover Status gets refreshed automatically from session to session. Ex:../blog/post/781719 & /blog/post/789390 these got automatically updated to most recent status "Chart Prepared". This PNR & /pnr/status/2148123365 are confirmed at the time of booking and don't need "refresh status" to be pressed. My question is why is the status not updated even after 3 days. With the second PNR i posted, I don't see the refresh status button so that I can refresh. you call see all of the 4 PNRs in the image tagged.

1. PNRs cannot get refreshed automatically, they only get refreshed manually, and also there is a REFRESH button at the top of all PNRs.
2. REFRESH button disappears 2-3 days after journey.
