One seat is confirmed and one is WL 2....How is it possible for same PNR....?
The ticket got booked under the Open GN Quota for Barabanki itself. While the first ticket got booked confirmed, as there was no more seats available between CNB - Barabanki, the ticket went into GN Quota which applies for all tickets booked from CNB.

Someone had BBK-CPR leaving the journey leg CPA-BBK vacant. Hence the first passenger got confirmed ticket due to the vacant leg while the second passenger was placed in the common availability status as was prevailing from start-end at that time.
