Its About Maintenance of Rakes,leave about being New or Old...
But these rakes are too old to be maintained.. :-( kerala exp has one of the oldest rakes. Same condition with mangala exp. But atleast in kerala exp in each junction there is cleaning hpng but for mangala that too is not there..
