Agreed... i have noticed CKWL for trains originating from PUNE is hard to confirm compared to other zones
Earlier CR used to clear CK ahead of all obviously because of revenue factor and this was proposed in RB by Subodh Jain then GM of CR, This was followed across IR until recently the change came where CK was to be denied priority when extra coaches are attached,
However still this does not seems to be uniformally practiced over entire IR...

yes sir, there was a court case in MP filled by an ordinary citizen, the courted ruled against railways that giving priority to CKWL when adding extracoach is unfair to GNWL passengers and asked railways to scrap the benefit given to CKWL.
