@Sagarshah: thanks. But the guys who get the tatkal would obviously travel, wouldnt they? I am not getting the point. Can you explain it in a bit more detail? Thanks.
There are many people who will try for tatkal reservation whose WL is near you, and if they get the ticket they will cancle their original one which is still in WL. So in this way ur chances can increase. good luck.
Also for this ticket to get confirmed to dont neccesarily need 10 cancellations. At the time of charting from originating station this could also confirm if seats are available un GN quota. Also there would be few people alighting at KYN even that could also be taken into consideration
