take ticket printout with photocopy and submit boarding point request format any prs before 24hrs departure of ur train
Go to nearest PRS, submit a id proof and print out of ticket along with an application stating your boarding point prior to 24hrs of date of journey.
this should have been done right away at the time of booking... because this ticket is after Oct 1. however, you can go to PRS with original ID and ticket and request for boarding change 24 hours before scheduled departure of the train from originating station
