did the tte raise any objection on the WL ticket n are the pantry staff providing food to the WL pax ??

The fair is paid for the 3rd passenger along with other 2 passenger.

first of all tte himself should not allow WL pax in Raj/shtb..well its up to the tte in this case ...and secondly it is not about the fair paid or not ..and as far as the meals are concerned it is as per the chart that gets prepared and not the no of pax sitting in the coach and hence the question...since it is a long jounry might be tte would have provided accomodation from some stn further down the line ..but mostly in Raj tte are particular about WL pax not boarding until n unless there is current availability ..

And chart has all the passengers present on Partially confirmed tickets.
Well in case of 1 confirmed passenger out of 6,anybody will ask TTe before boarding the train, its a common sence.

so partially confirmed ticket obviously it is upto the tte to board , there is no rule that pax can travel ..as per rule the person should file tdr and get refund ...well if the name of the WL pax of partially confirmed ticket also comes in on the chart then its new info for me ..one gets to learn new everyday :) ...but still have a big doubt on luxury trains like Raj and shtb..it will be upto the sole discretion of tte and not the travelling pax ...
