Yes it is really confusing but Jamtara Dist Starts Post CRJ on NH 419.

If you find Bardhaman District's map you may also find that CRJ RS on same border. Jamtara Enters as Mihijam RS and Bardhaman enters as CRJ RS but both are same stations. Railway Post Office belongs to West Bengal ! Legal Area starts way after CRJ station :)
I think that Chittaranjan and CLW both are in West bengal (No doubt) but the railway station of chittaranjan is in Mihijam distc JK
