Where is regional language space ?

I was inactive around 3 months ago when regional language field was removed & hence didn't know regd it. Hence I was not updated. As per recent guidelines issued by moderator sir, regional language field was removed as some members were spamming with non-native regional language names, which created controversy & made mod sir to remove the field. Now I think regional language cannot be fed anymore in any of the fields.
Other names should be used in this case. For example there is one train Mumbai - Mangaluru SF exp which is also known as "Rocket Exp". So Rocket Exp should be entered under other names.
