Yes, this CC is there from JBP to ET from ET onwards CC position changes due to reversal plus M2 is also added in this train

NTES is showing the opposite of what you've mentioned considering the position from JBP and reversal at ET.
Refer the attached image.

What I have updated is also correct and NTES is also correct because, the direction of CC of this train is never fixed due to RSA with JBP SMNH via BINA as this train has different direction from JBP and different reversal station ie BPL and most important the same rake of 11466 doesn't returns next day as 11465 from VRL instead it returns as 11463 SMNH JBP via ET. Same is applicable for all its RSA partners.
