The above noted BLOG has already been initiated in the Admin Forum regarding such Update. So this post is completely Unnecessary in Public Forum. Secondly this entire decision depends upon Respected #Moderator Sir regarding the above noted Admin BLOG.

both the Pictures are Clicked by me & NOT BLURRED & LEGIBLE TOO. In the First One the Logo "Bhartiya Rail" is captured in a close view whereas in the second One the Middle Portion and the Rear Cab of the Locomotive is captured which was not present in the First One hence both of these Pics are updated.
Every Member(i.e TL Monitors, Admin Monitors) should have the Liberty to update pics of Locomotives which are good & legible. A Loco can be captured from Different angle & can be updated in the Loco Pic gallery if the Pics are good & legible which I think as every person is different in this very aspect.
