Actually, after that we had a discussion in TL Monitor Group where we asked Moderator that whether this feature can be enabled. He assured us that this would be done. I just checked few min back and it is working now. So, basically now you don't need to write the Hindi name twice, neither you need to put a dot as you are allowed to make the update by leaving the regional name box blank (earlier that was not possible). So, whatever updates yo have made so far, leave them as they are. This method you can follow for your new updates from now.
