12053/54 runs behind 14711/12 from UMB to HW. (ignore the overtake of 14711 by 12053 before UMB,[no use of that overtake, it just adds time]).
It should be converted to an Express train and connected to 14611/12 at UMB.

14613/14 is having a reversal at LDH.
14613/14 should be run between FZR and LDH only, and then should be connected to 12053/54 ASR-LDH-UMB-HW express.
If 14613/14 timetable should be updated so that people have enough time to catch 12241/42 at LDH.
Some minor changes in timetable will be required.
There is not point in running back to back train on low occupancy routes.
