Local rfs should raise a grievance for extra surcharge being paid even speed is less than 55kmph avg
Why railways do such kind of silly things on one hand there are many mail/ express trains whose avg speed is above 50kmp ex: jhelum,bju adi express etc and on the hand a sf express like sapt kranti has an avg speed of just 49kmph clearly ir is doing wrong
LalQuila was slowed down in 2000s. It had TT SDAH 21.50; DLI 03.35 & DLI 23.00; SDAH 04.45 at some point before 2000

They have to do it because FOG is playing it's ROLE almost every year.
for giridih to danapur or vice versa..there should be a seperate train..why IR is keen to damage the normal running of this train..
